Response Times
For our main service areas (Torrevieja, Orihuela Costa, Guardamar, Quesada), we typically offer appointments within 3-5 working days. For extended areas, the lead time is usually the same. In busy periods (spring and summer), booking early is recommended.
No Call-Out Charges
There is no call-out charge anywhere within our service area. If you are outside our standard area, we will let you know before booking and can often still accommodate you.
Ongoing Support
All customers within our service area receive the same full warranty and after-sales support. We carry out filter changes, servicing, and any warranty work across the entire coverage area. You will never be left without support.
Areas Outside Our Map
If you are located slightly outside our standard area (for example, Alicante city, Elche, or Santa Pola), get in touch anyway. We can often accommodate installations further afield, particularly for whole house systems or multiple properties. We will always be upfront about any additional travel considerations.
