Your Installation Journey
From your first enquiry to pure, filtered water, here is every step along the way.
Booking
You book your installation online, by phone, or via WhatsApp. We confirm a date and time slot that works for you. Most bookings are available within 3-5 working days, often sooner. We serve Torrevieja and the whole Costa Blanca area.
Confirmation
The day before your appointment, we send a confirmation via WhatsApp or SMS with your exact time slot and the name of your engineer. You will also receive a reminder of anything to prepare (clearing under the sink, ensuring access to the water main, and so on).
Arrival
Your engineer arrives within the agreed time window, in a clearly marked vehicle, wearing company uniform and ID. We introduce ourselves, confirm what we are there to do, and put on shoe covers before entering your home. Punctuality matters to us.
Water Assessment
Before fitting anything, we assess your water conditions and plumbing setup. We check water pressure, pipework layout, and available space. This ensures we are installing the right system for your actual conditions and that everything will fit correctly.
Installation
We install your chosen system using professional push-fit connectors. No soldering, no welding, no mess. We lay down protective coverings and work cleanly throughout. The water is shut off only for the minimum time needed, typically 15-30 minutes. We test all connections for leaks before proceeding.
Demonstration
Once installed, we run the system through a full cycle and demonstrate how everything works. We show you how to use the dedicated tap, explain the filter replacement schedule, and answer any questions. For RO systems, we flush the first tank and explain the initial break-in period.
Clean-Up
We remove all packaging, protective coverings, and any debris. We wipe down the work area and leave everything exactly as we found it, only now with a new water filtration system in place. We take away all waste for proper recycling.
Follow-Up
Within one week of installation, we contact you to check that everything is working perfectly and that you are happy with the water quality. We also set a reminder for your first filter change so you do not have to remember. Ongoing support is always just a call or message away.

How Long Will It Take?
Under-sink filters and reverse osmosis systems typically take 1 to 2 hours to install. Whole house filters and water softeners take 2 to 3 hours. We always allocate extra time so we are never rushing. If your installation is likely to take longer than standard (for example, unusual pipework or difficult access), we will let you know during the consultation.
How Noisy Is It?
Minimal noise. We use push-fit connectors rather than soldering or welding, so there is no noisy equipment involved. You may hear the brief sound of water running as we flush the system and test for leaks, but nothing disruptive. You can comfortably work from home or watch television during the installation.
Will My Water Be Turned Off?
Yes, but only briefly. We need to shut off the water supply for 15 to 30 minutes while we connect the system to your pipework. We will always tell you before we turn off the water so you can fill a jug or bottle if needed. The interruption is short and planned.
Do I Need to Be Home?
Yes, we need someone present to provide access and to receive the handover demonstration at the end. If you cannot be there personally, a trusted friend, family member, or property manager can act on your behalf. We need to show someone how the system works before we leave.

Before We Arrive
Clear items from under the kitchen sink if having an under-sink or RO system fitted. Ensure access to the main water entry point for whole house installations. Make sure someone is home for the agreed time slot. Ensure parking is available near your property. Fill a jug with water before we start if you will need it during the brief shutoff period.
During Installation
Relax while we work. We will ask for access to the relevant areas and keep you informed of progress. Feel free to ask questions at any point. We will let you know before shutting off the water supply. You do not need to help with anything or move furniture. We handle everything from start to finish.
After We Leave
For RO systems, discard the first two tanks of water (we do the first one for you). Enjoy your filtered water. Note the filter change schedule we provide. Save our contact details for any questions.
